Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT ) Reg, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Company commencing from 01.04.2024 till the announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2024 and 48 hours thereafter. This is further informed that the Company has also complied with the requirements of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window Closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Reg 9 of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 ('PIT Reg) framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons ('DPs') by freezing PAN at security level.
