| Dear Sir/Ma'am, We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013, the Register of Members and Share transfer books shall remain closed from Saturday, 14th September, 2024 to Friday, 20th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, 20th September, 2024. Further that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Friday, 20th September, 2024 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) for which purposes the registered office of the company situated at Plot No 15, Sector-II, Industrial Area, Pithampur Dist. Dhar MP 454775 shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting. | |
