We would like to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015 trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remained closed for all the Designated persons/connected persons of the company from 1st April, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial Year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for consideration , approval and declaration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
