| SHREE RAMA MULTI-TECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Reg. 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Reg., 2015 as amended, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022, inter alia: 1. to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 as per Reg. 33 of SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015. 2. to consider matters related to raising of funds through issue of equity shares on rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company and other matters related/ incidental thereto. Further, in continuation to the intimation letter dated 30th March, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for the insiders of the Company till Monday, 23rd May, 2022 as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading We request you to take the same on record and disseminate on your website. | |
