Authorized Mrs. Priti Vora, Director of the Company, to oversee the entire E-voting Process at the 51st AGM of the Company;<BR><BR>2. Appointed M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process at the 51st AGM of the Company [including e-voting] and to submit the Report for declaration of the results thereof.<BR><BR>3. To Consider formation of Subsidiary to enter into Real Estate & Construction Business. The Company also consider to enter into Agricultural Development Business.
