This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Company''s Code of Conduct and Internal Procedures for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons ("the Code"), the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, is closed from 1stApril, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the aforesaid Financial Results will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade (buy or sell or gift or pledge or deal) in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
