As per the mail received from BSE Limited, Additional Details Required under SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, for Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. - Submit Detailed Reason of Resignation. However, we have mentioned the detailed reason of resignation of Mr. Vikas Mapara in the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 - Part A of Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
