We would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed, for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from Saturday, 29th June 2024, upto the equiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financial results for Quarter ended 30th June 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid financial results will be initimated in due course of time. Kindly take the same on record and oblige.
