Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and clarification of NSE & BSE vide its letter no. NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 respectively dated 2nd April 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives, with effect from 1st October 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September 2021.<BR> <BR> Kindly note and display the notice on your notice Board for the information of the members of your exchange and general public.<BR>
