| This is to inform you that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SHRI BAJRANG ALLIANCE LIMITED is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 2022 at 04.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ('VC') or Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The remote e-voting period shall commence on Saturday, the 24th day of September, 2022 (09:00 A.M.) and ends on Monday, the 26th day of September, 2022 (05:00 P.M.). During this period Shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, the 20th day of September, 2022 may cast their vote electronically. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company remain closed from Wednesday, the 21st day of September, 2022 to Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 2022 (both days inclusive). | |
