Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of Listing Regulation, 2015, we have intimated to the stock exchange on 08th November, 2022 regarding the meeting of the Board of directors of the Company inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 in which the day Monday has been type instead of Tuesday.
