SHRI GANG INDUSTRIES AND ALLIED PRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the following: (1) Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024; (2) Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and subsequent alteration in Memorandum of Association of the Company; (3) Issuance of one or more instruments including equity shares/ convertible securities by way of Preferential Issue on conversion of unsecured loan; (4) Other usual routine matters including any other matter brought forward before the Board, with the kind consent of the Chairperson.
