Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations') (as amended from time to time), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, inter-alia - considered and approved Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
Accordingly, we are enclosing the following:
i. The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 as required under Regulation 33 and 52 of the Listing Regulations;
ii. Disclosures in accordance with Regulation 52 (4) of the Listing Regulations;
iii. Security Cover Certificate pursuant to Regulation 54 read with Regulation 56 of the Listing Regulations.
The Board Meeting commenced at 17.30 P.M. and concluded at 19.45 P.M.
