Shringar House Of Mangalsutra Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited (the &apos;Company&apos;) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to inter-alia consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company&apos;&apos;s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company, we have intimated about the closure of Trading Window vide our letter dated September 29, 2025. The Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
