November 12, 2025, has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 along with the Independent Auditor''s Limited Review Report thereon.
The said Financial Results were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at their respective meetings held today.
