Pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain be closed for all Directors, officers, Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives w.e.f. 1st April, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending 31st March, 2024 are approved by the Board of Directors and filled with the Stock Exchanges.
