| Further to our letter dated 17th June, 2020, please note that as per recommendation made by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their duly convened meeting held on today i.e., 25th June, 2020 inter alia, has taken on record and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. <BR> A copy of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 alongwith Un-modified Statutory Auditor's Reports are enclosed for your information and record.<BR> We hereby confirm that the Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s.
