This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10th November, 2022 through video conferencing has considered and approved the Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 along with Limited Review Report in compliance of Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR'). The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 01:15 p.m. Further, the said Results will be published in English and Hindi newspaper within 48 hours of the conclusion of this Board Meeting in accordance with the provisions contained in the SEBI LODR.
