| SHYAMA INFOSYS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27th August, 2024, inter-alia, approved the following: 1. On the recommendations of the Audit Committee, inter alia considered and subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting approved the re-appointment of M/s. A O Mittal & Associates, Chartered Accountant, who shall hold office from the conclusion of ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting on such terms and conditions as determined by the Board from time and time. | |
