| Sidh Automobiles Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 8th August, 2024, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 and for other businesses. Further, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s "Code of 'Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons", trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives / dependents from 1st July 2024 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 as already intimated to stock exchange vide letter dated 28.06.2024. | |
