Take note of resignation of M/s. Goel Mintri & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 013211N) statutory auditor of the Company statutory Auditor of the Company w.e.f. 16.08.2024. 2. Recommendation for the appointment of M/s. Sumit Ranka & Associates, Chartered Accountants as statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the causal vacancy caused by M/s. Goel Mintri & Associates
