| Sikozy Realtors Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure) Regulation, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29th May 2024 at the Registered office of the Company, inter alia to transact the business and to Approve Audited Financial Statements for the Quarter & Year ended 31st March, 2024. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2016 'The Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company, will remain closed for the designated persons of the Company from April 1, 2024 till 48hrs from the conclusion of meeting. 2.
