This is to inform that the Company has received request letter dated 28.06.2022 from Mrs. Savita Bagri belonging to promoter and promoter group of the Company for reclassifying /removal of their name from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' of the Company . The above request will be reviewed and shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company shall inform the stock exchange about the decision made by the Board of Directors in this regard.
