Appointment of Mr. Gurumurthy Ramanathan (DIN- 10366010) as Nominee Director, nominated by NARCL. 2. Appointment of Mr. Subrata Kumar Ray (DIN- 11003975) as Independent Director of the Company. 3. Proposal for preferential issue of Equity Shares to NARCL and for preferential issue of Equity shares/ Convertible Warrants to Non-Promoters/ Promoters of the Company. 4. Approval of the Notice for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, to be convened for the matters mentioned in (1),(2) & (3) above.
