To consider and approve draft audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fourth quarter and financial year endued March 31, 2025
2. Proposal for preferential issue of Equity shares
3. Approval of Notice for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be convened for the matter mentioned in (2)
4. Approval of the Notice for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
