The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 10th May, 2023 has, inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023.
As per Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said financial results were published in the in the following newspapers:
i. Financial Express - English newspaper and
ii. Gonidia Mahasagar - Marathi newspaper
