This is to inform you that as per the Company's 'Insider Trading - Code of Conduct', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders shall remain closed with effect from Friday , January 1, 2021 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
