The Resolution Professional(RP) Mr. Ram Ratan Kanoongo on behalf of COC, has invited Expression of Interest ('EoI') from interested parties (potential Resolution Applicants)pursuant to an advertisement in the Economic Times and Sakshi (Telugu) for submitting Resolution Plan for the Company in accordance with the provisions of the IBC.<BR> <BR> The newspaper advertisement published in Economic Times (13.12.2017) and Sakshi (Telugu, dt.11.12.2017) are attached.
