| Kindly refer to our disclosure dated June 10, 2022, pursuant whereof it has come to the knowledge of the Company that a petition filed under title Indusind Bank Ltd. Vs Siti Networks Limited before the NCLT, Mumbai was listed for hearing on June 10, 2022, pending receipt of copy of said application / petition. In this context, we would like to inform you that the Company has received the 'Hearing Notice' of said case (CP (IB)690(MB)/2022) on June 22, 2022. In the said petition filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 4 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, IndusInd Bank Ltd. has allegedly claimed that the total amount in default with respect to the financial facility is Rs.148,82,90,236.22 as on March 31, 2022. However, the Company is compiling information to verify the facts claimed in said petition filed by IndusInd Bank Ltd. The said case is next listed for hearing on July 18, 2022. | |
