| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the fifth meeting of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Siti Networks Limited (Company) was held on 12th January 2024 in terms of Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional presented and discussed with the members of the CoC, inter alia, updates related to the corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") viz. CIRP timelines, claims, business operations and resolution process resolution process update. The CoC pursuant to the discussions in the 5th CoC meeting, has decided to extent the last date for the submission of the resolution plans for the Company from 17th January 2024 to 1st March 2024 | |
