| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the sixth meeting of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Siti Networks Limited ("Company") was held on 28th February, 2024 in terms of Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional presented and discussed with the members of the CoC, inter alia, updates related to the corporate insolvency process ("CIRP") viz. CIRP timelines, claims, business operations and resolution process update. Pursuant to discussions, it was decided to put the voting items for e-voting. The update on the results of the e-voting will be submitted after the e-voting process is completed. | |
