Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 this is to inform you that the 7th meeting of the CoC of the Company was held on 20/03/2024, in terms of Section 24 of the IBC, 2016 read with Regulation 18 of the IBBI (Insolvency Regulation process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional presented and discussed with the CoC members CIRP related update in respect of inter alia, CIRP timelines, claims, business operations and resolution process updates. Pursuant to discussion, CoC has decided to extend the last date for submission of Resolution Plan for the Company till 15/04/2024.
