| SIYARAM SILK MILLS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that in terms with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 8th August, 2022 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further in terms of the Company's Code for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window Closure period has commenced from 1st July, 2022 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 8th August, 2022. | |
