Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, this is to inform you that the Trading Window for trading/dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 30th June, 2022 until 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022. During the closure of trading window, all designated persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022, will be intimated in due course.
