This is to inform that in compliance with the directions issued by the Government authorities to prevent & contain the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety, health and well-being of employees and all stakeholders, SKF India Limited ("the Company") has temporarily shut down its manufacturing operations.<BR> <BR> The duration of this shutdown will depend upon the COVID-19 situation and directives to be issued by respective Government authorities in this regard from time to time.
