This is to inform you that as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('Code') of SKIL Infrastructure Ltd ( the 'Company') and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time ('SEBI PIT Regulations') the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2020 and continue to be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
