This is to inform you that M/s Jain Kishore & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company being ineligible for the post pursuant to Reg 33(1)(d) of SEBI (LODR), 2015 vide letter dated 22nd October, 2018 have vacated from their position as Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect.
