| SKY INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i) the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022. ('the Financial Results'); and ii) to discuss any other business with the permission of chair. Further, in accordance with Companies Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results.
