SMC Global Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/10/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) and Regulation 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th October, 2024 inter alia to consider and approve a) Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 along with Limited Review Report b) Raising of funds by issuances of non-convertible debentures by way of public issue in terms of SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021
