Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today that is on Saturday 2nd September, 2023, have subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming AGM appointed Mr. Hemachandra (DIN: 10303392) has an (additional) independent director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing with effect from 2nd September, 2023 and ending on 1st September, 2028.
