With reference to the above, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2024 till the date of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 and the Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
