The 'Trading Window' pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons pursuant to Regulation 9(1) and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, will remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
