Socrus Bio Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on October 22, 2014 to approve the Scheme of Reduction of capital as recommended by the Audit Committee under Clause 24(f) of the Listing Agreement with effect from the appointed date April 01, 2014. The valuation Report dated October 05, 2014 issued by Abhishek Nahar and Associates, Chartered Accountants and Fairness Opinion as per Clause 24(h) of the Listing Agreement issued By Stellant Capital Advisory Services P. LTD (Category - I Merchant Banker) is also taken on record. The Board has authorized Mr. Rajeev Agnihotri, Managing Director to file the said Scheme of reduction of capital to BSE.
