Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in furtherance to the Company''s earlier communication to BSE Limited at the time of revocation of suspension from trading of the company, this is to inform that the company had been appointed MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd as a Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the purpose of electronic connectivity and handling of physical shares with effect from 19th September, 2019 in place of earlier RTA, Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited.
