Softtech Engineers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is an addendum to the prior intimation for the Board meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 10th August 2022. In the ensuing meeting, the Board will also consider and evaluate the proposal for raising funds by way of the rights issue, preferential allotment, qualified institutions placement, or through any other permissible mode and/or a combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, by way of issue of equity shares, convertibles and/or any other eligible securities, subject to all such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company.
