Submission of additional details required for Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with respect to resignation of Ms. Aishwarya Patwardhan Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 25th November, 2022.
