Submission of additional details required for Corporate
Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with respect to resignation of Ms. Aishwarya Patwardhan Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 25th November, 2022. Further, Ms. Akancha Bhadani (ICSI membership No. ACS - 69670) shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 25th November, 2022 till new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer is appointed by the Board.
