Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform that in terms of the guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India, the Company has placed the Commercial Paper (CP) amounting to Rs. 50 Crores on November 22, 2021 in favor of Axis Bank Limited, having maturity date of February 21, 2022.<BR> <BR> The Company has also listed aforesaid Commercial Paper with BSE Limited.<BR>
