We refer to our letters dated January 25, 2022, January 28, 2022, February 01, 2022 and February 10, 2022 on the captioned subject. In this regard, Exit Offer Public Announcement dated March 04, 2022 ('Exit Offer PA') for the Delisting Offer has been published today i.e. March 05, 2022 by the Acquirer in the attached Newspaper. Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are hereby submitting the copy of the Exit Offer PA.
