| We refer to our letters dated January 25, 2022, January 28, 2022, February 01, 2022, February 10, 2022 and March 05, 2022 on the captioned subject. In this regard, we have received from the Acquirer the copy of Exit Letter of Offer dated March 04, 2022 ('Exit Letter of Offer') in relation to the Exit Offer and confirmation that the Exit Letter of Offer is dispatched by the Acquirer on March 15, 2022 to all Residual Shareholders of the Target Company. Accordingly, we are hereby submitting the copy of the Exit Letter of Offer. The Exit Letter of Offer will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.solidcontainers.net.
