Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, has approved:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1. The Un-audited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.&lt;BR&gt; 2. The proposal of shifting registered office of the Company from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Vadodara, Gujarat. All the necessary steps, regarding this will be taken in due course of time.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; We hereby enclose the following:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; a. Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company;&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; b. Unaudited Financial results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Cash Flow for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2021.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Board meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 01:30 p.m.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Kindly take the above information on record and acknowledge receipt of the same.&lt;BR&gt;
